Free and paid random integer draws with drand quicknet provenance.

Connect to https://random.cipblujdea.com/mcp and call random_int for a free verified draw. Paid draws use random_int_signed or POST https://random.cipblujdea.com/v1/random with an MPP-capable Tempo wallet and a UUID requestId.

Free Streamable HTTP MCP setup

These commands add only free random_int and status. They need no wallet and do not spend funds.
